Wendy Evans Joseph, FAIA
Wendy is the founder of Studio Joseph, a multidisciplinary firm overseeing architecture and exhibition design projects throughout the entire building process from concept to occupancy. The studio’s work reflects Joseph's passion for art, museums, and public education, demonstrated through work with partners and clients including Museum of the City of New York, Martin Luther King Library, MIT Museum, National Museum of the American Indian, Columbia University, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, among others. Joseph received the Rome Prize in Architecture and is an Academician of the National Academy of Design. She was president of the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects as well as the Architectural League of New York. Wendy has served as a board member of the American Ballet Theatre, Second Stage Theatre, and City as Living Laboratory. Prior to founding the studio, Joseph worked for Pei Cobb Freed & Partners.
