Residents as designers workshop & exhibition
Shaping shared public spaces together.
Participants are invited to propose changes to the future of design of their cities and learn how to be more active agents in municipal decisions. As residents adapt the spaces they occupy in response to changing needs and priorities, such as during the recent pandemic, “Sharing Space” involves two workshops, one that focuses on improving space via institutional methods and one that offers ways of intervening from the ground-up.
Today, we are challenged to find ways of (re)designing and repurposing our shared space to better support the environment and community needs.
